I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Team Bios
Is your agency too big for the project? Or maybe it is too small? Perhaps you are just the right size. For some proposals including team bios in your proposal can be beneficial. If you feel that your agency head count is the perfect match for the project or if you feel the talent composition of your team is ideally suited for the project, then include team bios. A Team Bio section might just be the part of content that makes your proposal stand out against the competition. It will illustrate to the client that your agency is just the right size for the project. It will also humanize your proposal, reminding the client that you are real people.
