Proposal Acceptance

Like most designers, we would do work for our clients on a handshake agreement. However, adding a little formality to your proposal acceptance can help you or your agency seem a little more grown up. Our Proposal Acceptance page is simple and offers two options for the client to approve the proposal and begin the project.

Option A: Simply reply via email that you accept the proposal.

Option B: Please sign and return this page via fax (555-555-0000) or email (sales@yourcompanyurl.com). Upon receipt our agency will then countersign and a fully executed copy will be emailed to you.

We include two areas for signatures: one for the client and one for the agency.
