Mini-Proposals
As I mentioned in the previous section, you should never email just a price quote to a potential client. Always send a formal proposal document. However, it is not always appropriate to send a big, full-blown proposal either. A Mini-Proposal is a smaller scale proposal document used in certain situations. It includes the following proposal content parts:
• Cover Page
• Project Summary
• Pricing
A Mini-Proposal is just the thing to help in two scenarios:
