Introduction Letter
I’ve heard the cliché, “Business is about relationships,” as many times as I’ve heard my own name (well, almost). But it is so true! Much of my success has come from building strong relationships with clients and coworkers. With this understanding in mind, a few years ago we added a simple personalized Introduction Letter to our proposal toolbox. It contains a small photo of the business development representative from our team, a signature, and contact info. A letter like this at the start of your proposal is a good reminder to your potential clients that they are working with people, not just a company.
