The Towers Watson Study

Substantial problems in attracting and finding suitable new people, as well as EVP’s importance and power in attracting and retaining high-quality employees, were established in a large-scale study conducted by Towers Watson in 2012 (1,605 survey respondents from all over the world and from various industries).
