This chapter covered some specialized effects that are enabled using the Layer Settings and Project Settings dialog boxes. The motion blur effect blurs objects that are moving quickly through the scene by rendering the object over several successive frames. The depth of field effect focuses on a specific object in the scene that is a designated distance from the camera and blurs all other layers in the project. Finally, the grain effect and stereoscopic effects can be enabled in the Project Settings dialog box.
The next chapter shows how a final project can be rendered in all its glory.
