I’m not the most organized of individuals, and I used to rely on a Day-Timer to keep track of my days, which start early and end late. If I didn’t have a way to keep track of my comings and goings, I’d be a very unpopular fellow. Between school schedules, sports schedules, work schedules, doctors’ appointments, and everything else going on, I need help keeping it all straight — otherwise, it spins out of control.

But now, instead of a Day-Timer, I use the Calendar and Reminders apps to keep everything in one place: iCloud.

Calendar is exactly what you think it is — an online version of the monthly calendar we’ve all hung on our office or kitchen walls at one time or another. The only feature of a paper calendar that you might miss are the nice pictures; you’ll need to look elsewhere for those if you’re using Calendar on your iPhone or Mac.
