Recording Voiceovers

As your project nears completion, you may find that you are still waiting for the narration voiceover to be recorded. However, you need a narration clip now to help refine your edit. One solution is to record your own unofficial voiceover, which is sometimes referred to as a scratch track, and edit it into your project as a placeholder.

In this exercise, you’ll use the Record Audio feature to record several takes of yourself reading a narration for Delicious Peace. You can use your computer’s built-in microphone for the recordings, or connect your own external mic. Then, using the Audition feature, you will choose the best take.
