Deploying an ASP .NET Application

In the previous chapter, I showed you how to prepare Windows Server and IIS for deployment. This chapter will show you how to prepare the application itself and, of course, do the deployment itself.

I have also included some basic information about using IIS, just enough to understand and perform an ASP.NET application deployment. If you want to learn more about IIS, then I recommend looking at the extensive documentation available at www.iis.net.
