How to do it...

  1. To begin, ensure the Map tab is active in the ribbon, then click on Bookmarks and select the Reshape City Limits bookmark. This will zoom you in to the parcel which is being annexed into the City.
  2. Click on the List by Selection button located at the top of the Contents pane. It should be the third button from the left and includes three polygons: one is blue and the other two are white.
