PostScript generation was performed with Tim Waugh’s xmlto, Norman Walsh’s XSL stylesheets, Daniel Veillard’s xsltproc, Sebastian Rahtz’s PassiveTeX macros, the TeTeX distribution of Donald Knuth’s TEX typesetter, and Thomas Rokicki’s dvips postprocessor.
