DEMONSTRATION: Robert Maloney
signature constructs and add-ons
Unique constructs create a provocative, dynamic environment, as shifting light or different vantage points reveal a new image each time a work is viewed. Unconventional materials, surfaces and techniques can help an artist achieve distinctive effects. In this demonstration, artist Robert Maloney uses digital image transfer techniques, carving, silkscreen printing, scratching, scraping, collage and resists on a variety of surfaces to construct a multilevel, signature work.
