7.1 What is Natural Language Processing?

Natural language processing is the manipulation or understanding of text or speech by a computer software. As humans interact, they understand each other views, and respond with an appropriate answer; similarly, NLP systems also interact, understand and respond to queries. The contrast between Natural Language and Computer Language can be understood from Table 7.1
