Abstract
A networked database called blockchain makes operations safe, clear, and impervious to tampering possible. Although it was initially developed for digital currency, various other applications are now using this approach. Since blockchain gives individuals authority over who may view and use their information, it is perfect for clinical records. Additionally, it makes operations among consumers and healthcare professionals safe, clear, and immediate. This would reduce costs for patients and providers while doing away with the requirement for intermediaries like insurance organizations. Everyone can monitor their medical data with the use of an electronic health record (EHR). It retains electronic files for multiple medical facilities. Across the company information, networks along with other techniques for networking and transfers are used to transfer documentation. These days, patients anticipate having instant access to their medical records. Nevertheless, there are concerns regarding the protection and confidentiality of records pertaining to patients, and the wellness industry has instant possession of information.
