Abstract

The aim of this project is to develop a model using deep neural nets which can imagine like humans, and generate Art and Music of its own. AI systems are known for their lack of creativity and imagination. We intend to falsify this statement. This model can be used for increasing cognitive efficiency in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) thereby improving the agent’s image classification and object localization. Music is a very humane thing, and by making the AI systems learn to generate music, we are one step closer in solving intelligence.

7.1 Introduction

Artificial intelligence is expected to be the definite future of the computers. There have been a lot of advances on how machines learn and think to perform simple tasks which require some common sense. We started off in this direction with the idea of automating repeated tasks. For instance, the task can be as simple as sending bulk emails. We don’t have to write the same email every time to send it to multiple people today. That’s a simple task which doesn’t require any thinking and can be clearly instructed. But what if we wished to send two different kinds of email to multiple people from the same list. A decade ago the simple solution ...
