So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ていないが、この機能追加は、挿入と削除の性能を
O(log n)
に増加させるだけであ
る。さらに、二分木の平衡を再度取った後で、前に存在した葉は、平衡を取り戻し
た木でも葉のままである。
したがって、アルゴリズムがサイトイベントであれ円イベントであれ処理すると
して、性能は、
2*n*log(n)
で抑えられるので、結果として全体性能は
O(n log n)
となる。
複雑なアルゴリズムは、その秘密を簡単には明かしてくれない。アルゴリズム研
究者でも、
フォーチュン走査法
を
線分走査法
の複雑な適用例だと認めている。振る舞
いを理解するには、デバッガでステップ実行するのが一番よい。
