Everything that happens on Capitol Hill will affect you, your association, and the people your members serve. Just look at the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Under the ACA, most individuals are now responsible for purchasing health insurance or risk a penalty. For associations that provide health coverage, the ACA will affect everything from the cost of providing such coverage to which employees an association may choose to cover.
