The Right Focus
To ask powerfully and outrageously, you have to clearly request what you want. Other people are busy and concerned with their own needs. You must be your own advocate and clearly ask for what you want. You can’t hint. You can’t hope someone spots your good efforts. You can’t make statements with the expectation that others will pick up on your signals or decipher your code or hidden message.
Place the right attention on communicating and connecting with others, and watch your requests and outcomes improve. Nothing else you attempt will generate breakthrough results like these two recommendations:
