Set up Host Entries for all Nodes

If DNS servers are used to resolve host or database names then DNS servers must be added to /etc/resolve.conf manually to each node (on UMOS clusters) or added through the AMC (on AMOS clusters). The process below describes using the AMC to add a new DNS server.

1. Log onto the Aster Management Console as an administrator and navigate to "Admin" > "Configuration" > "Hosts".

2. Click on the "DNS Servers" tab and then the "New DNS Server" tab.
