EVALUATING LEARNING IMPACT
A talent development (TD) team supporting a group of hospitals in a metro area learned the hard way the wisdom of that great philosopher, futurist, and Nobel Laurette, Bob Dylan, when he pronounced, “The Times They Are a-Changin’” (1964).
