Guiding Your Organization’s Future
Many changes have happened in the past few years that put the emphasis on what talent development is doing—or not doing—that supports our organizations. Major changes have occurred. If you haven’t continued to keep up with them, you may not be up to speed. Personally, I never feel like I am as informed as I should be. It seems that every time I pick up my monthly copy of TD or check one of the blogs I follow, I learn something new.
