A manager wanted to know why people in his team weren’t taking any responsibility and why he had to take care of everything. He had too much going on. People were not holding each other sufficiently accountable. He hoped everything would turn out all right by organising a Giving Feed forward training course. He was also interested in the egos of all the team members. As you know, we all have powerful egos that help us to strengthen our authenticity. Everyone also has exaggerated variants of egos, which result in a negative self-fulfilling prophecy. And everyone has an allergy to other people’s specific exaggerated variants. Let’s look at the results of the scans.
