Managing Microsoft Azure virtual machines

Once Microsoft Azure virtual machines have been created, there are a number of ways in which we can manage them with PowerShell. This includes starting, stopping, and removing virtual machines. In addition, we will create a new virtual disk and attach it to a virtual machine instance.
