AWS-specific parameters

At runtime, when creating a stack from a template, you may need to get values from the AWS environment. For example, an AWS architect or developer has written a CFT for a specific time, as and when required, one of the team members needs to run this template to create a stack. While running the template, it needs to identify the AWS region in which it is executed. Based on the AWS region, the template uses a suitable key pair for an EC2 instance.
