Insights into Operational Data with CloudWatch
In the previous chapter, we learned how to implement AWS X-Ray to understand the user journey and how it provides observability for an application running on an EC2 instance. In this chapter, we will see how data in CloudWatch metrics can be presented to solve operational issues and enhance the experience of the operational team.
