Aligning expectations
What exactly are you expected to deliver, and what is the impact, from an Axure construction perspective? These are tricky but tightly-coupled questions, especially for medium and large projects. The answers to the first question underscore the relationships and agreements between you and the project's stakeholders. The answers to the second question affect your ability to deliver successfully on the agreements made.
