When clicking the icon, you see the raw document. You notice that the top
document is actually a message disposition notification (MDN). After you inspect
the details of the lower (older) document in Figure 12-7 on page 346, you learn
that this MDN is linked to the AS2 document at the bottom of the list in that figure.
Thus, documents listed in the Document Viewer are not necessarily grouped
together. That is the case for the third viewer: the AS1/AS2 Viewer.
