Comments and Corrections

HOW CAN the benefit of hindsight be converted into foresight? How can we get from bad leadership to better leadership? These are haunting and difficult questions, to which there are no easy answers. Still, there are lessons to be learned from these stories of bad leadership, and these lessons have broad implications. In this last chapter I pull together the earlier threads and offer some thoughts on how bad leadership can be stopped, or at least slowed.
