In the first maintenance release for Base SAS 9.4, a new option was added to the
AUTHLIB procedure. By using the REQUIRE_ENCRYPTION=YES option in the
CREATE or MODIFY statements, an administrator can require that all data sets in a
metadata-bound library be automatically encrypted when created. For more information,
see “Requiring Encryption for Metadata-Bound Data Sets” on page 107.
