statement, such as the PROC TABULATE, CLASS, CLASSLEV, KEYWORD,
TABLE, or VAR statements.
The syntax for specifying style elements and style attributes in a dimension expression is
[STYLE<(CLASSLEV)>=<style-element-name | PARENT>
