ONE VERY IMPORTANT FEATURE of a mobile telephone is that it allows you to talk to someone! If you have read Chapter 4, you will realize that a mobile phone contains an earpiece, which allows you to listen to the other person, and a microphone, which allows your voice to be converted into an electronic signal that can be heard by the person on the other end of the phone.
