Set the Stage

GREAT PARTIES DON’T HAPPEN BY LUCK or accident. You have to make them happen and my best advice is this: Think big!

Set clear goals for every party. If you think sales, you’ll get sales. If you think sales and bookings, you’ll get sales and bookings. If you bet on all three—sales, bookings, and recruits—you have a good chance of hitting the trifecta.

Take a snapshot of your perfect party. Mine looks like this:
