Follow Up
THE FOREMOST GOAL OF EVERY PARTY planner is to move as fast as possible beyond your inner circle of friends and family into new circles. A consistent party schedule is the surest way to make that happen.
The party is just the start of a relationship. Every guest is potentially a long-term customer, host, or team member. Your follow-up program is the key to turning casual customers into lifetime customers.
The more contact you have with your customers, the stronger the relationship will be. Over 90 percent of consultants start out as customers, so keep the lines of communication between you and your customers wide open.
