15. What must you get? And what would be nice?
Of course you want the other person to change. Of course you want other things too. But, what changes do you insist on and what things would just be ‘nice’?
Surprisingly, a good way to have it your way is to be more flexible and consider the options a little more. More options: more flexibility. More flexibility: better chance of having it your way.
