If you’ve never given your back a second thought, now’s the time to make up for the neglect.
Try the following and give your back the attention it deserves.
Disciplines such as swimming (backstroke), Pilates and yoga are fantastic routes to a long, slender back and shoulders. Also, try the Alexander Technique, a postural alignment method of adding inches to your height. Rowing is another excellent back firmer. Try this rowing-based exercise:
1. Hook a resistance band up to a heavy object such as a table leg; attach it three quarters of the way down the leg towards the floor.
2. Do a few stretches to warm up.
