62. Pressure – it’s not a dirty word

For most, sex is the main course of lovemaking. Oh, OK, for most, sex is more of a quick snack. But for times when (to push the meal metaphor to the limit) you want to feast on a banquet of love, there is massage.
You don’t need to be self-conscious about massaging each other. It doesn’t have to be of a professional standard because what you lack in technique you can more than make up for by what is called ‘loving intention’; your total focus on your partner’s relaxation and pleasure will do lots of good.
