86. Eat breakfast
If you don’t, you’re missing out on the number one trick for combating energy loss.
I’m evangelical about this one. If you’re tired, and you don’t eat breakfast – that’s probably the reason.
I’m not a person who likes to eat in the morning, but years of talking to nutritional experts brainwashed me. They all said it was vital. I started. My energy levels soared, specifically my mental focus. The difference in concentration is so fundamental that now, no matter how frantic my morning, I won’t drive unless I’ve eaten breakfast.
This has turned me into a breakfast fascist. If I were an employer, I wouldn’t care about the standard of a potential employee’s CV if they wouldn’t promise to eat breakfast each morning. They may ...
