10 Power Words You Must Use
If there are words and acronyms like jargon that you do not want to use because the meaning will be unclear to customers, then it stands to reason there are words that have the opposite effect, that are virtually guaranteed to convey a clear and understandable message. While all words can mean different things to different people, some words are powerful not because of their specific meaning but because they have the same general impact on most people who hear them.
