It was quite a liberating moment when I discovered that much of what I’d done most of my life – hope for success – was entirely different from having faith. I felt empowered by feeling that my future results were within my control rather than always expecting miracles to happen.
It made me think back to my family and of how I’d hoped we could get through the hard times – rather than having the faith to move forward without having all the answers all the time.
I imagined what faith would’ve done for my restaurant business if I’d had the courage to move forward despite being without a clue about how I’d accomplish anything.
