It would be impossible, even negligent, to conclude this book without rolling the clock forward 15 years to give you some insight into where James, Priya, and Jane have ended up in their leadership journeys to date. When I first met all three of these leaders, purposeful leadership was not even a concept. I was James’s executive coach in a leadership development program in which he was a participant.
