The Morning Meeting

Two weeks later, Peter came to me late in the morning.

“Look, Trevor, you’ve got to do something with Sunil. If I don’t get some of the tug parts into the hands of my crew we’re going to miss the deadline for the Seabrook order. It’s a big deal for the company. No way I can do the assembly if I don’t have the parts. I’ve talked to Sunil but he’s adamant that he has to get the bulk carrier parts done first. I don’t know why. Those orders are due way later, and I think he’s just avoiding the tug parts because they’re smaller and fussier to work on. Tell him to get to work on the tug.”
