HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A PHOTO of an accomplished, energized, and vibrant woman in a publication or on social media, or read a ridiculously impressive bio before a conference or on a company website, and asked yourself: “Wow, I wonder how she got there?” The answer consists of one word: risk.
