Maximizing Your Productivity

Windows was born into the business space. It was the original IBM PC, equipped with software such as Lotus 123 or WordPerfect, which was the powerhouse of the “modern” office in the 1980s. The introduction of the Windows user interface and the Microsoft Office suite solidified the PC’s position as the productivity tool of choice. It was the flexibility of PCs that eventually brought them into homes, and now we take it for granted that we’ll have access to our own PC at work; many people expect to be provided a laptop—and a smartphone as well.
