ROLLING OUT THE REDESIGNED PROCESS ORGANIZATION-WIDE

Prior to this phase of the business process improvement (BPI) project, the BPI project team has pilot tested the to-be process, resolved any issues with the use of the process, and have received approval to finalize the process and roll out throughout the organization. As part of the roll out organization-wide, it is important to share the results of the pilot test of the process.
