WHAT’S YOUR PREDOMINANT driver: fear or passion? Put another way, what motivates you more: wanting to minimize a feared outcome, or wanting to maximize a desired outcome? For example, if you were asked to give a speech in front of a couple hundred people, would you be more likely to think:
“I’d better not mess this up and look like a loser.”
“What a great opportunity to share something I care about with such a big group.”
