The Minders Follow the Finders
For our Minders, the sky was still the limit. For the time being, they had
enough cheap, generally skilled labor to create value without worrying too
much about the efficiency of the processes that intervened between labor
inputs and client outputs. We had paper, spreadsheets, good ideas, and
cheap labor. We could still solve a lot of the world’s ills despite the dwin-
