Build Your Own Mayo Clinic
The need to move toward clinically delivered, outcome-based results in our
profession is the result of the relentless clashing of important market con-
straints that demand ever more value and ever-growing specialization. We
cannot solve one and ignore the other. We must optimize the balance of the
two. And organizing our cooperating specialists into a value-creation array is
the only way to serve both of those competing masters.
