The New Minders
Designing and implementing a clinical governance system that could marry
the market’s demand for outcomes and the New Giants’ need to lead value
creation in their own practices was essential groundwork. Without that sys-
tem, our practitioners would have no way of knowing what to do with their
patients, other than conducting their own specialist procedures and send-
ing them home to recover. The old system of Minder Giant governance just
