6.4. Correlations and combinations
Sometimes the most interesting things you learn from an online usability study come from combining or comparing the different types of data (e.g., task success, task times, ratings, SUS scores). For example, discovering that a task has a particularly low success rate but a high task ease rating might reveal that the participants didn't realize they were getting the wrong answer to the task. And in some situations, you just want to get an overall sense of how a site did in the test, which can be done by combining some of the data in appropriate ways.
