6.6.1. Identifying usability issues
Perhaps surprisingly, if you ask 10 experienced usability professionals to tell you what a usability issue is, you'd probably get 10 different definitions. But the underlying theme you'd see in most of the definitions is that it's some aspect or feature of the product being tested that was confusing for at least some of the participants or that somehow contributed to their failure to accomplish a task in a reasonably efficient manner.
